"Worst service use to pay 270 and apparently I missed a payment in June , now in September they apparently added that to my bill saying that’s their bad when I had called them and was told my account was up to date now I’m hit with a almost $500 dollar bills from something that was missed 3 MONTHS AGO , THATS YALLS FAULT FOR NOW KEEPING UP TO DATE RECORDS… anyway don’t get insurance here unless you like surprise fees and getting hurt for their own mistakes"

"Really bad customer service and Melinda is so rude, I don’t understand how some are saying she is nice. She is one of the reason my husband and I decided to leave this agent. Further, every time you call they tell you Trey is in a meeting or on the phone and he’d call back and I’m still waiting for him to call back."
